NEW: Sfiso Ncwane in baby mama drama, says 'I'm not going to support another man's child'

It doesn’t rain but pours for Sfiso Ncwane after a woman surfaced claiming the gospel singer is the father of her 11-year-old son and that “he has done nothing for his son.”

Pinky Dlamini, 29, added to Ncwane’s woes after she told Drum magazine’s latest issue that the Kulingile Baba hit-maker is not supporting the boy.

But the Bayede Baba singer denies paternity and rubbished Dlamini as “jealous and bitter.” Ncwane challenged her to do DNA tests to prove that he is truly not the father of the boy, according to the report.

Gospel singer Sfiso Ncwane dropped a bombshell this week when he said he does not think his "mother", Fikile Ncwane, is his real biological mother and that he wants to dump her surname as a result.

The revelations, published by Drum magazine in their latest issue, come barely a week after Fikile revealed that she sometimes went to bed on an empty stomach while "my son buys expensive gifts."

Fikile was referring to Sfiso buying a R1,9m V8 AMG Mercedes-Benz for Reverend Francis Anosike of Rock of Victory Ministries church.

NEW: Sfiso Ncwane: I stopped visiting my mother because there are zombies in that house

Gospel singer Sfiso Ncwane says the rift between him and his mother is caused by the fact that he is a Christian, while she consults sangomas, and revealed that he stopped visiting his mother’s house because “there are zombies there.”

Ncwane made headlines two weeks ago after his mother, Fikile Ncwane, said she sometimes went to bed hungry shortly after her son Sfiso donated a car worth almost R2 million to his pastor Reverend Francis Anosike.

Sfiso spoke to Drum magazine (October 1 issue) this week and dropped a bombshell in a further response to allegations that he is not supporting his mother. “Kunemikhovu lapha (There are zombies around that house),” he told the magazine.

Fitting into a changed society and relating to black people doesn't have to be a struggle. It has long fascinated me, the fact that some white young people fit so easily into the new South Africa but most struggle to live and learn and love alongside black youth.

As I watched my white students for more than a decade, I began to understand why a minority among them seem to make and keep friends across the colour line without breaking a sweat.

NEW: Can the Rainbow Nation ever shine through South Africa’s fog of racism?

Malwande Mhamhe is the same age as South Africa’s multiracial democracy. He will not be pulling on the green and gold of the Springboks at the World Cup this month, but studying in university lecture halls and libraries in Johannesburg. His professional playing career appears finished at 21, a tale of what might have been.

For this he blames racism, which he contends is still rife in the sport despite the fall of apartheid in 1994. Mhamhe claims that he was offered a derisory club contract, told to work twice as hard as white players and warned that he should learn Afrikaans – the language of a white minority descended from predominantly Dutch settlers – if he wanted a future in the game.

“It’s like you don’t belong, like ‘What are you doing here?’” the flanker says. “It’s not a matter of talent. It’s a matter of opportunities. Black people are not being given these opportunities.”
