NEWS: Makhura to attend prayer service against xenophobia

Gauteng Premier David Makhura is expected to attend a prayer service in Claremont on Sunday, in light of attacks on foreign nationals in the country.

On Saturday, Makhura visited victims of the attacks on the Gauteng East Rand, to pledge his support.

David  Makhura has urged residents to report any planned attacks on foreign nationals to the police.

Meanwhile, foreign nationals are still pouring into the camps erected for them after xenophobic attacks displaced them in Durban and Johannesburg.
