NEW: Itumeleng Khune makes a u-turn, wants to go back to Kaizer Chiefs

Itumeleng Khune wants to go back to Kaizer Chiefs and his UK-based representative has already requested a meeting with football manager Bobby Motaung to renew talks regarding a sensational comeback, according to a report on Wednesday.

The 28-year-old Khune, who is currently training by himself since he is out of contract, is reportedly eager to re-open talks with the Chiefs – a club he first joined as a 13-year-old, according to a Daily Sun report.
















The source said: “Itu and his UK based agent Dan Lichman have formally put in a meeting request with Bobby to set up a date and hope that it could be done as soon as possible. Only after this can there be a green light to consider other options.
