NEW: CSA and Proteas to assist Water Drive

Cricket South Africa (CSA), the Proteas and The Gift of the Givers have teamed up ahead of the first Momentum ODI against England in Bloemfontein on Wednesday and are appealing to fans to contribute to a worthy cause by donating drinking water.

Certain parts of the country are experiencing drought and extreme water shortages.

Areas in the Free State Province have not been spared either and with the first ODI scheduled for Bloemfontein on Wednesday, the Gift of the Givers have set up a special collection point at the Mangaung Oval.
