NEW: Kohler Barnard’s DA expulsion lifted

Dianne Kohler Barnard's expulsion from the DA was lifted on Tuesday after she appealed the October ruling.

This was after she had been expelled for sharing a Facebook post from journalist Paul Kirk, in which he praised former apartheid president PW Botha.
