NEW: SCA dismisses Motsoeneng appeal

Bloemfontein - The Supreme Court of Appeal has dismissed the appeal against part of a High Court judgment that SABC COO Hlaudi Motsoeneng be suspended pending a disciplinary inquiry against him.





















The SCA has also rejected part of the Western Cape High Court ruling which said Public Protector Thuli Madonsela's rulings were not binding.

"The SCA confirmed the finding of the court... that the SABC must institute disciplinary proceedings against Mr Motsoeneng," it said in a statement.
