NEWS: Child maintenance bill one step closer to becoming law

CAPE TOWN – A bill that will see child maintenance defaulters being credit blacklisted is one step closer to becoming law.

On Tuesday the National Assembly adopted the Maintenance Amendment Bill that allows for the personal details of absconding parents to be sent to a credit bureau.
