South Africans can expect fuel prices to remain near their current levels in May‚ with changes of only a few cents per litre.
This is according to the Automobile Association (AA)‚ which was commenting on unaudited Central Energy Fund data released this week.
"The slight over-recovery in the basic fuel price which was seen at mid-month has subsequently been offset by increased international petroleum prices and a modest weakening of the rand against the US dollar‚" AA said in a statement.
