NEWS: Australia, China, UK issue travel warnings for SA

CAPE TOWN - Several countries are warning those who want to travel to South Africa of the recent xenophobic attacks that have been rampant in KwaZulu-Natal and Johannesburg.

The Australian High Commission on their website informs travellers of the recent increase in attacks on foreign nationals in the two provinces.

Other countries to issue warnings include China, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom.

The new warnings were issued from 17 April.
