NEWS: Granny skydives over Cape Town for her 100th birthday

Cape Town - It's been a busy week for Cape Town resident, Georgina Harwood, who celebrated her 100th birthday on 10 March, by taking the Mother City in from above.



Festivities started on Tuesday morning with a trip up Table Mountain and continued with a daring skydive on Saturday. Georgina’s life motto is “Do it now! Whether it’s comfortable or uncomfortable, good or bad, relaxing or challenging – don’t delay.”

"It was wonderful, exhilarating, I'm trying to think, it was special, I'm trying to think of the adjectives I can add to it," Harwood said after the experience.
