NEWS: Cosatu calls for nationwide 'Generations' boycott

JOHANNESBURG – Pressure is mounting on the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) and the producers of Generations to reinstate 16 fired actors with the Congress of South African Trade Unions (Cosatu) now calling for a week-long boycott of the show.

Cosatu, the country's largest labour federation, says it will take the fight to the public broadcaster and demand transformation of the industry.
